What subjects do you teach?
I offer tuition in the following subjects: A level (including IB), GCSE and iGCSE Chemistry, Physics and Biology as well as GCSE Combined Science. 

 

Which syllabuses do you cover?

AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, Eduqas, CIE.

Whom do you teach?
Suitable for students of any age (including adults) who are studying A-Level Chemistry and GCSE Science either at school/college or through home study. Retake students for GCSE and A-Level are also supported.

What dates and times are available?
Please check Facebook or Google for business hours. Tuition is usually Mon-Fri. For sessions available see the online calendar on the "Book Online" section.

Do you tutor online?

Yes, my lessons have been online since 2020. I mainly use Zoom, but GoogleNet is also possible.

How much will I have to pay?
KS3 (Y7-9): £30-34 an hour. (ONLINE ONLY)

Year 10-11: £30-34 an hour (ONLINE ONLY)

A-Level & IB: £35-40 an hour (ONLINE ONLY)

Longer 90 min lessons and shorter 45 min lessons available on request.

 

DISCOUNTS

Block of 4 lessons £120 for KS3/GCSE and £150 for A level/IB

 

GROUPS

GCSE (2-4 students) £20 per person for 1 hour 

A level (2-4 students) £22 per person for 1 hour

Where will the tuition take place?

Please note that since 2020, I have tutored successfully online and do not travel. I have no plans to return to. face-to-face tuition.

Does the tutor have a DBS/ CRB check?
Yes, I have an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding certificate.

Do you offer lessons in the school holidays?

During school holidays, priority is given to my existing tutees in years 11 and 13. Advanced booking is
required to secure a holiday place.
